Easement Work
IARWC is finalizing the remaining easement documents and a representative from MHE (engineering group) will be contacting those property owners over the next few months to discuss the procurement of the water line routing.
IARWC timeline for the Phase 1A project is as follows:
2023 – 2024 finish up engineering
2023 – 2024 Easement Procurement 1A, 1B, 2, & 3 Phases
2025 Bid project - Phase 1A & 1B may be 2
2026 Bid project - Phase 2 & 3
2025 Loan closing Rural Development Phase 1A
2026 Loan closing Rural Development Phase 1B & possibly Phase 2
2027 Loan Closing Rural Development Phase 3
2025 Construction - Phase 1A Begins 18 to 24 months to complete
2026 Construction - Phase 1B maybe 2 begins 9 to 12 months to complete
2027 Construction - Phase 2 & 3 begins 6 to 9 months to complete
2027 – 2028 Finish up clean-up
